UI/UX Team View Dashboard

When tasked with redesigning the Team View dashboard, I first spent time asking questions to better understand the user's needs and how they interact with the interface. Incorporating product design requirements, I focused on enhancing the user experience through effective visual hierarchy and eliminating UX redundancies. By doing so, I was able to change the shape and size of the cards to make them have a more modern look and allow for a smaller size so that the user can see more cards at once. I also improved the overall color scheme to bring in the brand colors and provide an enriched experience with an extra layer of data visualization to give the user a better look at their teams performance.
